Late Appointment Arrival
Arriving late to schedule an appointment will lessen your time with your therapist. When the mobile spa comes outside your home or office, the client will be given 10 mins to make it to their appointment. Please remember that if you are late, it will eat into your remaining time for your service. Unfortunately, remember, sometimes, you will not be added to your spa services.
Cancellation Policy
We at UrbanSpa Mobile understand that unforeseen situations may arise. That's why we give our clients 24hrs to cancel appointments. A non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged for each missed meeting scheduled. Inclement weather (Mother Nature) may be out of our control. If UrbanSpa Mobile has to cancel your appointment, we will apply a $25 gift card to your account.
Wellness Retreat & Spa Parties
If you are interested in scheduling wellness retreats & spa parties, please get in touch with us at 833-785-8722 Minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 6 people to book a spa party. To book a spa party, a deposit of 1/2 of the total services will be required to reserve a spa party Before In addition, a making a reservation. 24hrs will need to be given to cancel. After 24hrs, clients will be charged &100 of the upfront deposit fee.
Mobile Concierge Service Charge
Starting July 1, 2023, a $10 travel fee will be applied to all mobile spa services except Spa Parties. We hope you enjoy your relaxing spa experience!
